How does Pricing in Proportion work?
From 21st August 2006 the Royal Mail changed the way postage costs are calculated with the introduction of a new system called 'Pricing in Proportion'.
Franking machine users can save at least 3p on every standard letter they send.
If your business mails 50 letters a day, that can mean a saving of around £2,000 a year *. Add this to all the other obvious benefits of using a franking machine and you will start to wonder why you hadn't made the change before.
