Office Mailer 2 Range

The EPS Office Mailer 2 Plus answers the increasing demand for sophisticated mailing in a compact package. Small and stylish, it is an advanced desk-top folding and inserting machine with the ability to cope with a wide variety of applications quickly and efficiently. Now, even many complex mailing jobs can be simply automated, freeing up staff and saving you money. EPS’s EasiStart operating system will guide you through the setup and get your job running quickly, processing up to 2,500 filled envelopes per hour. Even those new to mailing systems will be ready to use Office Mailer 2 Plus in just a few minutes.

Office Mailer 2 Plus

The Office Mailer 2 Plus is fitted with two automatic feed stations. Station one is a high capacity sheet feeder and is specifically designed to handle a wide range of papers. Station two is able to insert either additional sheets, or nest smaller documents such as reply envelopes, publicity mailers or even booklets up to 1mm thick. Alternatively it can be used to hand-feed pre-collated documents of up to 5 sheets to be folded and inserted.

Office Mailer 2 Extra

As The Office Mailer 2 Extra is the perfect solution to your more complex office mailing requirements such as invoices, statements and payroll documents. By combining EPS’s Optical Mark Reading (OMR) technology with a collate station, the Office Mailer 2 Extra is able to read your documents and group them accordingly before folding them together into the envelope. This ensures not only time and cost savings, but also greatly increases document security. EPS’s indocs software can apply these marks to your documents, avoiding complex IT issues when automating your outgoing mail.

Office Mailer 4 Plus Range

Based on our ground breaking OfficeMailer Range, ESP is proud to introduce the new OfficeMailer 4 Plus. Never has a desktop folding and inserting system been more advanced, bringing a new level of automation with its unique Stack ‘n’ Go feature. Capable of processing a wide variety of applications quickly and efficiently, the small and stylish system offers total flexibilty with its two, three and four station options.

Two Station

From fully automatic Stack ‘n’ Go to full programmability, the two station system is packed with advanced features. Single documents, such as letters, invoices and mailshots, can be folded, inserted and sealed in a wide range of envelopes. An additional insert can also be nested automatically from the second insert station. Using EPS’s advanced double document detection system, the integrity of every filled envelope is assured. There is also a fold-only option, when enveloping is not required. As with the 3 and 4 station, simplicity is the key and the user friendly operator interface ensures ease of use and optimum mailing efficiency.

Three Station

As with the two station model, the three station system makes light work of a huge range of outgoing mail - from invoices and statements to cheques and mailshots. Fitted with two automatic sheet feed stations and an automatic insert feeder the system is capable of cascading between the two sheet feed stations, collating long and short forms and nesting into them a wide variety of inserts. Simply select a job, load your stationery and press ‘Start’ Then let the OfficeMailer take care of the rest, producing over 3,000 letters per hour.

Four Station

Top of the range is the four station model which offers total automation in a compact desktop system. The addition of the fourth station gives increased versatility, allowing three collated documents and a nested item to be inserted in the envelope. Whether you need the full intelligence of OMR or the simplicity of hand feed, from simple documents to complex multipart mailings, the OfficeMailer four station system makes anything possible, regardless of format.
